Eric Gordon
Eric Gordon has more than 20 years of experience in a broad range of practices. He has counseled and represented private and public companies in diverse areas, including intellectual property, privacy, advertising, real estate, employment, product liability, bankruptcy, and general commercial matters. His experience spans both transactional matters as well as litigation and dispute resolution.
Eric has been certified as a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US) by the International Association of Privacy Professionals and has experience in counseling companies regarding privacy and general website and Internet issues.
Eric previously was an associate at Davis & Gilbert LLP and Richards & O’Neil LLP. He has also worked as Senior Law Clerk in the Asset Forfeiture Unit of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York. In addition to his work with Jason Sanders Law PLLC, Eric serves as General Counsel to a privately-held real estate company in Manhattan.
Eric received his B.A. in French from Amherst College, summa cum laude; his M.A. in French from Johns Hopkins University; his M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Loyola University Maryland; and his J.D. from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. He is admitted to the State of New York, S.D.N.Y. and E.D.N.Y.
Eric is fluent in French and proficient in Spanish.
