Pricing

We can provide legal counsel structured to fit your legal needs at a price that you can afford. Our services can be provided on an hourly basis, as a project-based fixed fee, or we can set up a monthly retainer that includes a set amount of hours every month at a reduced fixed rate. This provides you with the knowledge that when legal issues arise, you can have an attorney familiar with you and your company ready to talk things through, create agreements, respond to claims, or provide counsel at a predictable cost within your budget.

We are able to keep our costs low by not having an extensive support staff and working primarily within the cloud. In contrast to large firms, our costs do not include summer associate outings to the major sporting events, works of art on our office walls, or the training of first-year associates. You are only charged for what truly matters: solid legal advice from experienced professionals.
